This gives us all the information we need to recommend the right service for you to book.

Appointment times can range from 2-4+ hours.
That’s a big difference, yea? But that’s because there is not a one-size-fits-all solution for every client.

When you’re ready to book, your stylist will give you a round-about timeframe you can expect to spend in our peaceful space.

The best way to prepare for your service is to come with clean hair the way you wear it most.
That way your stylist can provide a service that gets you results you love even when you style your hair at home (or not… hello mom bun).
Also, to make sure your clothes are protected, wear something that doesn’t have a collar or hood.

The services we offer range from 6-12 weeks, but we love creating custom maintenance plans for every client.
Your hair, goals, life, and at home routine are all unique to you. Which is why we create the hair plan that fit your life ☀️
If you have sparkles (you know what I’m talking about), and you don’t want to see them, the maintenance may be a bit higher.

We really value your time, and our stylists’ time too.
We send out notifications to your email and via text 72hr, 48hr, and 24hr before your appointment.
If you need to cancel, all you have to do is email us at studionovallc@gmail.com before the 24 hours mark and we will take care of that cancellation for you.
